When the rain falls down

As the sun shines bright

Things are changing

People might be right

Even though it's hard

I won't lose faith

Everything's changing

And the leaves don't stay the same

But what's the point of life

If things aren't colourful

Changes in the leaves

Makes the world a little more wonderful

Everywhere we turn

We get a little closer

to getting things we earn

As we close the month of October

We're learning how to be giving

Something that allows us to keep on living

Even if we're misfits

At least we're not hypocrites

No matter the difference with what people believe

The thing that holds us together is
